On the highest finish, AMD has the Ryzen AI Max+ 395, which clock in at a most enhance frequency of 5.1 GHz, has 16 CPU cores, 40 GPU cores, and a neural processing unit providing as much as 50 trillion operations per second (TOPS). These APUs will likely be accessible beginning in Q1 2025.

On the decrease finish, the Ryzen AI Max PRO 380 will characteristic 6 CPU cores with 12 threads and 16 GPU cores, with a max enhance frequency of 4.9 GHz. Filling out the line-up are the Ryzen AI Max and Max PRO 390 with 12 CPU cores and 32 GPU cores at a max enhance of 5 GHz, the and the Ryzen AI Max and Max PRO 385, which options 8 CPU cores and 32 GPU cores at a max enhance of 5 GHz. The one distinction between the 390 and 385 is the quantity of cache reminiscence, with the 385 coming in at 40 MB whereas the 390 options 76 MB.

These new APUs, developed below the codename Strix Halo, run on AMD’s Zen 5 structure for the CPUs, and RDNA 3.5 structure for the GPUs.
