MINNEAPOLIS—Democratic former Minnesota Home Speaker Melissa Hortman was honored for her legislative accomplishments and her humanity throughout a funeral Saturday the place former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris joined over 1,000 mourners.
