Djokovic celebrates 38th birthday with win over Arnaldi

GENEVA — Novak Djokovic superior to the semifinals on the Geneva Open on his thirty eighth birthday Thursday, beating the opponent who eradicated him on the Madrid Masters final month.

Djokovic rallied strongly within the second set for a 6-4, 6-4 win over Thirty ninth-ranked Matteo Arnaldi of their quarterfinals match.
