Rybakina struck eight aces, saved 8 of 11 break factors and fought off a set level within the opening tiebreak.
Samsonova, the No. 8 seed, had a neater time towards unseeded Danielle Collins, ending her 6-4, 6-2 semifinal victory in 87 minutes. She tallied 4 aces and saved 5 of seven break factors.
Samsonova has gained 4 of 5 conferences with Rybakina, who gained their most up-to-date conflict in three units within the Abu Dhabi semifinals in 2024.
