ABC has moved up the launch dates for Gray’s Anatomy, 9-1-1, and the brand new spinoff 9-1-1: Nashville, giving followers an earlier return to the community’s Thursday night time dramas. The announcement comes forward of the autumn season. Solid and producers have teased main adjustments and high-stakes storylines throughout all three reveals.

ABC has moved up the premiere dates for Gray’s Anatomy, 9-1-1, and its new spinoff 9-1-1: Nashville (through Deadline).
Initially scheduled for October 16, all three reveals will now debut on Thursday, October 9, 2025. The lineup begins with 9-1-1 Season 9 at 8 p.m., adopted by the collection premiere of 9-1-1: Nashville at 9 p.m., and Gray’s Anatomy Season 22 at 10 p.m.
The revised schedule permits ABC to get a head begin on CBS’s Thursday night time slate, which incorporates Ghosts, Elsbeth, and Matlock, returning on October 16. NBC’s Regulation & Order lineup and Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen will return earlier on September 25.
Season 9 of 9-1-1 explores the aftermath of Captain Bobby Nash’s dying and teases a management shift, as hinted within the Season 8 finale.
