Julie Gayet to chair Cannes documentary jury

French actor and producer Julie Gayet will preside over the jury for Cannes Movie Competition’s documentary prize, L’OEil d’or.

Gayet is finest recognized for Bertrand Tavernier’s The French Minister and TV sequence Name My Agent, whereas her producer credit embody Julia Ducournau’s Uncooked and Oliver Laxe’s Mimosa.

Gayet beforehand served on the Cannes Un Sure Regard jury in 2013.
